Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

24 High School Preseason

No refunds once preseason has started.

Bantam A Tournament

Once paid and confirmed, there will be no refunds unless a paid replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found, a $100 service fee will be deducted from the refunded entry fee. Other entries will be placed on a standby list. Confirmation of entry will be provided upon receipt. The amount below includes the processing fees for the electronic payment. A reduced fee is available if the electronic check payment method is selected. CYHA receives $900 of this amount and the rest is paid to our processor.
